Volunteer opportunity

WMO Library.

 
 

Women’s March Oakland (WMO) seeks one or more volunteers to help build the WMO Library, an online resource library and archive including a comprehensive march planning guide, videos of speeches and performances, and photo galleries. The goal is to produce a powerful, free community tool for progressive movements and activists in the East Bay.

Qualifications:

  • Commitment to building a more equitable East Bay for self-identified women, gender-expansive people, and other marginalized populations

  • Excellent writing, research and critical-thinking skills

  • Solid video- and photo-editing skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills, time management and attention to detail

Other information:

  • Unpaid remote volunteer position

  • Expected time commitment is 1-3 hours/week
